Very good dinner and breakfast. However, when we arrived in the room and turned on the television for our kids age 7 and 3 the channel had been left on hardcore pornography. It was very awkward.

Otherwise a very nice stay. Great hotel. The room was large and very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is great and assisted us with any questions we had.
Breakfast is varied and delicious. Everything was neat and clean. The location is great, though not "in the center of the center" but close to the BTC complex which includes a large shopping center, movie theater and more. Parking requires getting the vehicle into an elevator.

This was not a problem for us as we had a compact car but for bigger vehicles or inexperienced drivers it might be a challenging. There is also parking on the upper level which does not require the elevator, but it was fully occupied when we arrived. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Lots of activities and shopping near by. Very good location if you don't need to be in city center. Modern and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Location is more convenient espcially for business travellers , not in city center but very close to highway.

Good to know
The room was spacious. Good secure parking on site. It is a bid far from the "old city" but there is a good taxi service. The room interior is a bid dark in the sitting area. When I complained the receptionist explained that someone made a mistake and promised me give money back in upcoming days as she explained no cash back on site possible!
Very unpleasant experience. Not was clean at all, one chair was hunted! Water about tea and coffe, with label 1. There was not slippers, hello 5 star hotel. Smell from cigarets in the room, in non smoking room and hotel!

Windows are not oppened, and if you turn off ventilation, not have air in room, but ventilator whole night make noise. Cleaning staff needs to work much better. The air conditioning also needs some refresh. We love to stay at Radisson blu, this was our 3rd time here and it is always a pleasure.
Rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is something else!!! Luka welcomed us when we arrived he was friendly and helped us to find a nice restaurant downtown. Fantastic breakfast. Great shopping, and a lovely City. The discount at the aquapark is also great. Close to bus stops in to town. I'm staying here for second time, and it's amazing. Absolutely perfect breakfast. To summarise: Great, clean, modern looking hotel with exclusive food, nice parking and great service! I'm highly recommending this place! The hotel was very convenient. The mattress on the bed was excellent and the breakfast was great!
Clean and cosy. Close to big shopping area. Nice and professional staff. Blond lady receptionist who checked us in saw that we're with a small child and still gave us a room close to 15th floor which they rented for a big party. Needless to say we couldn't get any proper rest since walls were bouncing from the loud music up stairs.
When we complained they pretty much didn't care. I will never understand why high end hotels do these kind of things and by doing so they put their guests second. Also, she didn't mention that parking included driving a car into a small freight elevator which takes you to -1 level. At breakfast there was several kinds of ham and none had any signs of what is what and if it's kosher meat or not.
Hearing noise people from other room, therefor could not sleep well and had feeling you're not alone in the room. This is definitely the best 4 star hotel I have visited and can be mistaken for a 5 star hotel. The underground parking is amazing, the lobby, the room, the breakfast- amazing! It is a bit far from the city center, but you can take a taxi for 6e. Good hotel, with probably the best breakfast buffet I've seen in a hotel in a long time.
